* The ability to research technical topics independently, experiment with deployment workflows, and translate findings into practical instructions for developers.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in troubleshooting deployment issues and helping customers succeed.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with engineering, product, sales, and customer-facing teams.
* An interest in open-source software, developer tools, and the wider cloud-native ecosystem.
* The confidence to engage with technical communities, participate in meetups, and communicate with developers at different experience levels.
