Position: Operations & Customer Service Coordinator (Spanish speaker)

Salary:
20,000 Euros gross annually + other benefits DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Clean, inspect and prepare complete golf club sets for each rental booking
* Check every set contains the correct clubs, bags and accessories and is presented to a high standard
* Coordinate and carry out equipment deliveries and collections at agreed customer locations
* Manage reservations, scheduling, stock availability and equipment returns
* Respond professionally to customer enquiries, calls and emails, resolving issues promptly
* Track golf sets, identify missing or damaged equipment and maintain accurate records
* Take ownership of the daily workflow, ensuring all orders are ready and delivered on time
* Help improve operational efficiency and the overall customer experience

REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Practical, hands-on approach, happy to clean, handle and transport golf equipment




* Confident dealing with customers and coordinating multiple daily bookings
* Good computer skills, including email and booking systems
* Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently
* Full driving licence
* Based in Palma de Mallorca or within reasonable commuting distance
* Versátil during busy golfing and holiday periods
* Comfortable working as a self-employed contractor, invoicing for services Advantages
* Spanish language skills
* Knowledge of golf equipment or an interest in golf
* Previous experience in rental operations, tourism, hospitality, logistics or customer service
* Experience with online bookings, social media or digital marketing
