You join the Inbound SDR team in Barcelona, part of Marketing, and own the UK inbound flow. Your job: turn every UK company that shows interest in Naboo into a qualified event brief for our Account Executives. Day to day, you will:
* Respond fast to inbound signals: new sign-ups on the platform, searches on our chat, marketing signals and quote requests.
* Reactivate dormant accounts and bring returning clients back for their next event.
* Qualify by phone and run the first meeting (R1): event format, headcount, dates, budget, location, decision process.
* Hand over a structured brief to the Account Executive, who presents venue suggestions in the second meeting (R2).
* Follow up across channels (calls, emails, SMS, HubSpot sequences) and keep your pipeline clean in HubSpot.
* Test new angles and cadences, measure them and share what works with the team. As our experienced UK SDR, you are also a reference for the team:



you help onboard new SDRs and feed Marketing with what you hear from UK prospects. Our stack: HubSpot, Clay, Modjo, Aircall.
* Must haveNative English speaker.
* 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, ideally as an SDR, BDR or in inside sales.
* At ease on the phone, with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
* Rigour and consistency: inbound leads go cold fast, so speed and follow-up matter.
* A real appetite for feedback and continuous improvement on pitch, voice and posture.
* Nice to haveExperience with HubSpot or another CRM.
* Knowledge of the B2B events, hospitality or travel market in the UK.
* French or another European language.
