* Join us and help transform the investment industry with Slate WT. We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. Our goal is to help banks make investing easy, and this role will shape how our platform evolves, including the AI-powered features that are changing how people invest. You'll turn client and business needs into products people love to use. What are we looking for? We’d love to find someone with:
• A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least five years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in fintech, banking, brokerage or wealth management.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, ClickUp or Figma.
• The ability to make decisions based on data, with confidence using analytics tools and working with KPIs.
• Experience building or working on AI-powered products (e.g. LLMs, conversational assistants, recommendation or automation features) is highly valued. We also appreciate familiarity with how AI products are designed, evaluated and improved over time.
• Good knowledge of financial markets and investment products (equities, ETFs, investment funds) is a strong plus.
• Spanish and English level (C1 or higher). What does this role involve? If you're good at these tasks, we’re on the right track:
• Defining and owning the product roadmap, aligned with the company’s strategy and our clients' needs.
• Gathering and prioritising requirements from clients, Sales, Operations and Customer Success.
• Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria,



and working closely with Engineering and Design from discovery through to delivery.
• Tracking product performance through metrics and user feedback, and iterating based on what you learn.
• Finding opportunities to use AI across our platform, from client-facing features to internal efficiencies, and turning them into well-defined product initiatives.
• Supporting the commercial and marketing teams with product demos, RFP/RFI responses and client meetings.
