We are looking for a Procurement Intern to join our Procurement Department and support purchasing operations, supplier management and procurement data administration activities. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Procurement Data Management (LN ERP System)
• Support the maintenance and update of purchasing parameters in the LN ERP system.
• Manage supplier-item relationships and manufacturer part numbers (MPN).
• Support the maintenance of supplier price lists and contractual information.
• Prepare and upload pricing data, contractual texts and purchasing parameters into the system.
• Assist in the validation of approved manufacturers according to customer requirements.
• Support the creation of new material records in LN. KPI Reporting
• Assist in the preparation and monthly monitoring of procurement KPIs.
• Support the analysis of purchasing performance data and reporting activities. Industrialization Support
• Collaborate in the identification of common materials across projects.
• Support market research activities for required materials.
• Assist in the comparison of supplier quotations and evaluation of proposals.
• Support supplier and manufacturer validation activities. Supplier and Contract Management Support
• Assist in the identification and management of supplier contracts.
• Support the sharing and maintenance of contractual information such as pricing and lead times.
• Collaborate in supplier-related administrative activities and account creation processes. Plant Support Activities
• Assist in managing material requests coming from production sites.
• Support day-to-day procurement operational activities as required. Requirements




• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Organization Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field
• Fluent English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Interest in Procurement, Supply Chain and Supplier Management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
