We are looking for a new team member to join us in Palma de Mallorca. Previous work experience is not our top priority. You might be a recent university graduate or someone who has already gained some initial professional experience. What matters most to us is your motivation, strong communication skills, and willingness to take responsibility. Your RoleOur potential customers already find us and sign up for DiBooq. Your role is to guide them from their first personal interaction with us through to successfully using our software. Your responsibilities include:
• Contacting new users who have registered with DiBooq
• Proactively offering potential customers a free, personalized onboarding session
• Conducting online onboarding sessions and product demos
• Helping customers set up and get started with DiBooq
• Guiding customers through connecting booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com
• Supporting existing customers after purchase and answering their questions
• Collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with our product team
• Contributing to marketing, customer communications, and other projects What We're Looking For
• Native-level German
• At least one additional language at native or C2 level:
• Spanish
• French
• Enjoyment of working directly with customers
• A confident, friendly, and professional communication style on the phone and in video calls
• An interest in SaaS, technology, and tourism
• A proactive mindset and a structured way of working
• A willingness to learn quickly and take ownership
• Permanent residence in Mallorca You don't need years of professional experience. You might be fresh out of university or have already taken your first steps in your career. What matters much more to us is that you're motivated,
