As Head of Validation you will be in charge of the coordination of Validation and Verification activities related to our battery systems. You will interact with the Chief of Certification and Safety, our design and engineering team, and your team of testing, amongst others. • Implement the safety requirements and procedures on all the test activities
• Handling the clearance strategy for all the testing activities
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities
• Ensure proper processes implementation according to Design Handbook (DOA)
• Manage appropriate baselining of requirements to ensure coherence through all level of specification
• Manage and guarantee accurate delivery of all documents part of the specification tree
• Define the strategy for validation of requirements Requisitos mínimos What You Bring
• 10 years of expertise in testing activities of complex aircraft systems or subsystems, including the definition of clearance strategy and safety procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of CS23, DO-311A,



DO-160G, DO-178, DO-245 amongst others.
• Experience in FAA and EASA in the intersection between battery powered flight and certification efforts for new technology and platforms.
• Experience in dealing with authorities for aircraft airworthiness for experimental activities.
• Extensive knowledge of instrumentation and of complex system assembly.
• Able of challenging and managing the definition of clearance strategies to accelerate validation activities, putting safety first.
