This opportunity is specifically aimed at junior professionals and recent graduates who are looking to start their international career in a global technology company. Main Responsibilities
• Provide technical support throughout the entire project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, technical communication, solution design, and implementation support.
• Support customers, partners, and internal teams during product installation, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues by coordinating with Hikvision Headquarters, R&D; teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Conduct product and solution testing, prepare technical documentation and test reports, and provide feedback to product management and development teams.
• Support product launches, demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and technical presentations for customers and partners.
• Assist with product training sessions for distributors, installers, partners, and end users.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.




• Collect market feedback and customer requirements to contribute to product improvement and localization initiatives.
• Maintain technical knowledge of Hikvision products, solutions, and emerging technologies. Requisitos mínimos Requirements Mandatory
• Native Chinese speaker.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics).
• Recent graduate or final-year student expected to graduate between the second half of 2026 and the first half of 2027.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in an international environment.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and customer-oriented approach. Highly Preferred
• Valid Spanish work permit, visa, or authorization to work in Spain.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Internship or academic project experience related to networking, IT, electronics, telecommunications, security systems, AI, software, or hardware technologies.
• Experience with technical troubleshooting, testing, or customer support activities.
• Knowledge of CCTV, video surveillance, networking, display solutions, or related technologies.
