· PATH TO FULL-TIME We're EX Venture, and we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Intern — someone who wants to open doors, close deals and build relationships in energy, biotech and AI. You'll work across three of our companies, rotating through each one: Zero-X — Distributed Energy & Clean Combustion Zero-X puts clean, fuel-versátil energy systems into the field in 11 countries. As a BD Intern here you'll work on new market entry, government and enterprise partnerships and scaling hardware sales across emerging economies. SERAPH — Bioproduction & Robotics SERAPH builds autonomous bioproduction by combining AI, robotics and synthetic biology. In your rotation here you'll find partners for biotech pilots, build relationships with research institutions and open doors for the platform with industrial buyers. Gemino AI — Safe RL & Plant Automation Gemino AI builds safe reinforcement learning for industrial control. Its OptiVX platform runs autonomous plant operations and aquatic biomass,



and Project Maya pushes wearable AI. Your BD focus here: AI licensing deals, industrial partnerships and go-to-market for enterprise AI products. What we're looking for
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field (completed or final year).
• A track record of initiative: a deal you closed, a partnership you built or a business problem you solved.
• You work independently, learn fast and thrive in ambiguity. What you get
