About the Role
Senior Program Manager / Project Manager – Digital Manufacturing & GxP We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager / Project Manager with 8+ years of experience leading complex digital transformation projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in GxP-regulated digital solutions, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and digital manufacturing environments. This person will be responsible for leading end-to-end projects and programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, manufacturing operations, and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in highly regulated pharmaceutical environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage complex digital transformation projects and programs within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and deployment of digital manufacturing solutions, including MES and other GxP-regulated applications.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with applicable GxP requirements, quality standards, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, milestones, and delivery plans.




• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Automation, and external vendors.
• Manage project governance, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalation processes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication with senior management and business stakeholders.
• Oversee project execution throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation and planning to implementation, validation, go-live, and post-deployment support.
• Ensure appropriate validation activities and documentation are considered throughout the project lifecycle, including Computer System Validation (CSV) and Computer Software Assurance (CSA), where applicable.
• Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and technology partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project performance against agreed KPIs, budgets, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance operational efficiency through digital solutions. Required Experience & Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, or digital transformation within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environments.
• Proven experience delivering digital solutions in GxP-regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and digital manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing projects involving pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, production systems, or shop-floor digitalization.
• Knowledge of GxP requirements, particularly GMP, and their impact on digital systems and project delivery.




• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Proven track record of managing project budgets, schedules, risks, resources, and external vendors.
• Experience with system implementation, integration, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, international, and highly regulated environments.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Werum PAS-X, or equivalent solutions.
• Familiarity with electronic batch records (eBR), electronic batch manufacturing records (EBR/EBMR), and manufacturing digitalization initiatives.
• Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV), Computer Software Assurance (CSA), and GAMP 5 principles.
• Knowledge of integrations between MES, ERP, LIMS, SCADA, and other manufacturing or quality systems.
• Experience managing global or multi-site pharmaceutical manufacturing programs.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent. Key Competencies
