Southern Restaurants España (SRE), a KFC franchisee, is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead operations across its entire restaurant network nationwide. You will be responsible for ensuring that all restaurants in the SRE network operate with excellence, meet brand standards and achieve their financial targets, leading and developing the Area OPS Managers. You will act as the senior strategic point of reference for the COO, ensuring operational consistency across the network and making decisions autonomously within company policies.

Key responsibilities
• Define, execute and monitor the national operational strategy and priorities for the entire SRE network.
• Lead, develop and evaluate the performance of the OPS Managers.
• Take ownership of the national P&L;: sales, EBITDA and profitability across the network.
• Monitor Food Cost, Labor Cost and productivity nationwide, requiring action plans whenever deviations arise.
• Ensure consistent compliance with quality, service, food safety and brand standards across all areas.
• Make autonomous decisions on spending, hiring and operational priorities, acting as a senior point of reference for the COO.
• Safeguard the customer experience and brand reputation nationwide. What we’re looking for:
• At least 5 years of multi-unit management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector.
• Experience in fast-food chains such as Burger King, McDonald’s, Popeyes, Starbucks, Domino’s or similar is highly valued.




• Proven experience leading regional management teams and national restaurant networks, with P&L; responsibility.
• Valid driving licence and full availability for frequent travel across Spain (both required).
• Based in Madrid, to facilitate travel.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and digital management and reporting tools.
• Leadership skills, strategic thinking, analytical ability and a results-driven mindset.
• Fluent Spanish (required); upper-intermediate English.

• Permanent full-time contract (40 hours/week), Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week.
