Madrid, Spain Main responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze the company's financial and operational performance against budgets, forecasts and business objectives.
• Prepare periodic management reports, dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze budget deviations, identify potential risks and opportunities, and provide relevant insights to support decision-making.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts and periodic reforecasts.
• Monitor operating costs and analyze cost trends to identify potential efficiency improvements.
• Collect, validate and consolidate financial and operational data from different departments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of management information.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of management control processes, reporting tools and analytical methodologies. Studies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• A postgraduate qualification in Management Control, Financial Management or Business Analytics would be an advantage. Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management control, financial planning and analysis (FP&A;),



financial reporting or a similar position.
• Experience in budget preparation, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience working with financial data, management reports and performance indicators.
• Previous experience in the aviation, transportation or service sectors would be an advantage. IT Knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools would be an advantage. Languages
• Spanish: Native or professional proficiency.
• English: Upper-intermediate to advanced level (B2–C1).
• Additional languages would be an advantage. Other Skills
