Role Description The Real Estate Agent at Atria Stays is a full-time, on-site role based in Madrid. The person in this role will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and guide owners, investors, and tenants through the full rental and purchase process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, presenting properties, negotiating terms, and preparing necessary documentation for real estate transactions. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with internal teams on property management and renovations, ensure listings are accurate and appealing,



and maintain a strong understanding of local market trends. The role also involves providing high-quality customer service and representing Atria Stays’ brand and values in all client interactions. Qualifications
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of Real Estate practices and regulations.
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and support clients throughout the transaction process.
• Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, property presentations, and negotiation of offers and contracts.
• Understanding of Real Property concepts, including property valuation, rental markets, and investment-focused transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; proficiency in English or other languages is an advantage.
• Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and basic office software for managing listings, documentation, and client records.
• Ability to work on-site in Madrid, manage multiple clients and properties, and adapt to a dynamic market environment.
• Previous experience in residential real estate, property management, or hospitality is preferred.
