Responsibilities:
1, Building the Finance Function from Scratch (0 to 1)
• As the Finance Leader of the gigafactory, build the finance organization, policies, processes, and internal control framework across accounting, treasury, tax, costing, and budgeting;
• Lead the establishment of the financial management and governance framework during the Greenfield & Project Phase, covering plant construction, equipment installation, and commissioning. Responsible for construction-in-progress (CIP) accounting, capitalisation assessments, placed-in-service readiness assessments, and fixed asset register management.
• Build the finance organisation, chart of accounts, reporting processes, and internal control framework, and lead the deployment and configuration of the ERP system for the Spanish manufacturing base.
• Establish a financial governance structure that simultaneously meets three sets of

requirements:
Spanish statutory requirements, EU regulatory requirements, and Chinese group controlling requirements. Manage financial compliance and filings/claims related to Spanish government incentives and subsidies at all levels and EU/local funding programmes. 2, Financial Operations Management
• Take full ownership of the finance function for the manufacturing base, including accounting and financial reporting, cost, budgeting, tax, and treasury management.
• Establish and lead a closing and reporting system compliant with Spanish GAAP (PGC) and IFRS, while meeting group consolidation requirements and reporting cadence.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, business performance analysis,



and KPI monitoring, providing decision support to the General Manager of the manufacturing base and Group headquarter.
• Build standard costing, product costing, and inventory management systems for cells and BESS production; drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement, capex variance analysis, and operational improvement during the ramp-up phase.
• Responsible for tax compliance and treasury management, cash flow forecasting and working capital management, and coordinating cross-border fund transfers, FX exposure management, and banking relationship maintenance. 3, Governance and Team Building
• Establish and maintain an internal control system that meets JV governance requirements, manage internal and external audit relationships, and ensure transparent, accurate, and timely reporting to both shareholders.
• Represent finance in JV Board and shareholder communications, balancing HiTHIUM Group financial policies with local compliance requirements under the JV governance framework.
• Recruit and develop a localised finance team and establish efficient cross-cultural (China–Spain) collaboration mechanisms. 岗位职责： 1, 财务体系搭建（从 0 到 1）

• 建立并领导符合西班牙会计准则（PGC）与 IFRS 的结账与报告体系，同时满足集团合并口径与报送节奏。
• 领导预算编制、滚动预测、经营分析及KPI监控，向制造基地总经理及集团总部提供决策支持。




• 搭建电芯与 BESS 系统生产的标准成本、产品成本与存货管理体系；在量产爬坡期推动降本增效、投资偏差分析与经营改善。
• 负责税务合规与资金管理，负责现金流预测与营运资本管理，协调跨境资金调拨、外汇风险敞口管理及银行关系维护。 3, 治理与团队建设
• 建立并维护符合合资公司治理要求的内部控制体系，管理内外部审计关系，确保向股东双方的报告透明、准确、及时。
• 作为财务代表参与合资公司董事会及股东沟通，在合资公司治理框架下平衡海辰集团财务政策与本地合规要求。
• 招聘并培养本地化财务团队，建立跨文化（中国—西班牙）高效协作机制。

Requirements:
• Fluent in Chinese and English (must), with cross-cultural leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; holder of a internationally recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g., ICAC-registered auditor, CPA, ACA, ACCA, etc.).
• 15+ years of finance experience, including at least 5 years as the finance head of a manufacturing plant; experience with the full lifecycle of a large manufacturing site from construction to mass production, as well as day-to-day financial management, is preferred.
• A background in batteries, energy storage, new energy, automotive, or complex industrial manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in IFRS; familiar with major international GAAP frameworks and cross-border tax compliance frameworks. 任职要求
