Role Description The Captador will work on-site in Barcelona in a full-time capacity, focusing on sourcing residential and investment properties that align with client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new property listings, maintaining relationships with owners and local agents, and monitoring the market for exclusive and off-market opportunities. The role involves conducting property visits, gathering accurate information on listings, supporting negotiations by providing market insights,



and collaborating with the advisory team to match properties with client requirements. The Captador will also contribute to maintaining a high-quality database of properties, ensure timely communication with stakeholders, and support the overall client experience by providing reliable, up-to-date market intelligence. Qualifications
• Strong skills in property sourcing, lead generation, and building relationships with owners and agents.
• Experience in real estate market analysis, pricing assessment, and identifying investment opportunities.
• Proficiency in client communication, negotiation support, and coordination with internal teams.
• Ability to manage site visits, evaluate property conditions, and compile clear, accurate listing information.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages relevant to international clients are an advantage.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or business development, preferably within the Barcelona market.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Valid work authorization in Spain and familiarity with local real estate regulations; knowledge of legal and transaction processes is a plus.
