Senior Frontend Developer

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with a strong background in JavaScript, frontend architecture, testing, and modern web development practices. The role requires solid experience building and maintaining frontend applications, defining scalable frontend architectures, working with automated testing strategies, and integrating applications with REST-based services. This is a fully remote position within Spain. Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Apply frontend design patterns and architectural best practices.
• Design and work with microfrontend strategies.
• Implement unit, component, integration, end-to-end, visual, and accessibility testing.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and web services.
• Configure and work with frontend dependency management and Continuous Integration tooling.
• Manage source code using Git.
• Work with modern build tooling and Node-based CLIs. Requirements
• JavaScript (ES5/ES6): 5–8 years of experience.
• HTML: 5–8 years of experience.
• CSS: 5–8 years of experience.
• Unit and component testing: 5–8 years of experience with tools such as Karma, Chai, Sinon, Jasmine, and Mocha.
• Integration, E2E,



visual and accessibility testing: 5–8 years of experience with tools such as WebdriverIO, Selenium, and Playwright.
• JSON, REST and web services: 5–8 years of experience.
• Dependency management / Continuous Integration tooling: 5–8 years of experience with Yarn, NPM and Bower, including tool configuration.
• Version control: 5–8 years of experience with Git.
• Rollup, Webpack and Node-based CLIs: 3–5 years of experience.
• Frontend design patterns and architecture: 5–8 years of experience.
• Microfrontend strategies: 3–5 years of experience.
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish. Nice to have
• Contract testing: 1–3 years of experience.
• Java and Spring Framework: 1–3 years of experience.
• TypeScript: 1–3 years of experience.
• Azure DevOps: 1–3 years of experience.
• Docker, including securely exposing REST services from an environment: 3–5 years of experience.
• Test-Driven Development (TDD): 5–8 years of experience.
• More than 8 years of experience with at least one of the following frontend frameworks or libraries:
• Angular
• ReactJS
• Vue
• Polymer
• Lit-HTML / Lit-Element
