About the Role
Head of Corporate Finance & Accounting | Madrid Responsibilities
• Lead statutory accounting under Spanish GAAP (PGC) and monthly close
• Prepare reporting and consolidation packages for our parent group
• Coordinate external audit and statutory filings (Registro Mercantil, Tax Authorities)
• Manage relationships with external tax and legal advisors
• Manage intercompany transactions and support treasury, intragroup funding and cash management
• Build and improve finance processes and controls Qualifications
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar Required Skills
• Solid experience in Spanish statutory accounting and tax compliance




• Experience in multinational or group reporting environments; knowledge of IFRS is a strong plus
• Experience managing intercompany financial transactions, including cross-charges, cost reallocation and the settlement of balances between group entities
• Experience coordinating cross-border cash flows and fund transfers between companies within an international group
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience
• Spanish and English required (both fluent); French is a plus
• Hands-on, autonomous profile, comfortable in a growing organisation Preferred Skills
