Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple luxury experience projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, problem solving skills, detail-oriented and the ability to manage and lead a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, particularly in the luxury sector, and a passion for delivering unparalleled client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and execution of luxury experience projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure excellent operational delivery of all experiences, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
• Manage and mentor the current team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages detail and excellence in the operation delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, developing new contractual relationships with key suppliers.
• Manage key suppliers in the region to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards.




• Oversee experience budgets, ensuring all projects meet the company’s financial goals and are executed within budget constraints.
• Analyze industry data trends and client feedback to continuously improve project offerings and enhance client satisfaction.
• Report to the Global Luxury Director, providing regular updates on project status and aligning project goals with the overall business strategy.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or Tourism Degree
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a luxury or high-end services environment.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading projects from conception to completion.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
• Ability to travel as required for project needs.
