We’re Hiring Receptionist / Guest Experience Specialist Almorada Cabins | Valencia, Spain Full-Time

· Free Private Accommodation Provided Almorada Cabins is a modern, technology-driven capsule hotel in Valencia, and we’re looking for a multilingual, proactive, and tech-savvy receptionist to join our team. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, adapts quickly to new technologies, and takes initiative when solving problems. While many aspects of our guest journey are automated, personal hospitality remains essential. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an excellent experience, especially when they need individual attention or unexpected situations arise. Your Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
* Communicate with guests in person, by phone, and through digital messaging platforms.
* Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
* Handle payments, invoices, and deposits.
* Resolve guest complaints and unexpected situations professionally and independently.
* Coordinate daily operations with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
* Promote additional services and upgrades to enhance the guest experience. What We’re Looking For Language requirements — mandatory:
* Fluent spoken Spanish.
* Fluent spoken English.
* Fluent spoken Ukrainian OR Russian.
* Good written communication skills in the required languages. Technology and independence: You don’t need an IT background or advanced technical skills. However, you should be confident using computers, comfortable navigating different software platforms, and capable of learning new systems independently. We use a wide range of digital tools and automations for reservations, guest communication, payments, and hotel operations.



Being able to understand how these systems work together and troubleshoot everyday issues is important. Personal qualities:
* Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment.
* Calm, resourceful, and solution-oriented under pressure.
* Quick to learn and comfortable adapting to new processes.
* Previous hotel or reception experience is preferred but not mandatory. Working Conditions & Benefits

Location:
Valencia, Spain.
* Contract: Permanent employment (contrato fijo).
* Schedule: 09:00–21:00, with a rotating pattern of 3 working days / 3 days off, followed by 4 working days / 4 days off.

Working hours
Full-time, averaging 40

working hours
per week after applicable breaks and schedule adjustments.
* Start date: As soon as possible.
* Free accommodation: A private room on the hotel premises, including your own kitchenette and bathroom, provided at no cost.
