Job Summary

Under general direction of the senior financial officer/director, develops departmental policy;

is responsible for the financial counseling, billing, collection, and cash management and reconciliation process;

manages and coordinatesresources and activities of teams to ensure departmental goals are met;

performs trend analysisand produces reports;

identifies and resolvesproblems, for the purpose of achieving the departmental goal of ensuring maximum revenue and cash flow beneficial to the hospital.
