The successful candidate will shape and execute the company's global IP strategy, protecting innovation, supporting commercialisation, and managing third-party risks. Key responsibilities include leading patent prosecution,



managing global patent and trademark portfolios, overseeing litigation, and acting as a primary advisor on technology transfers, licensing, and R&D; collaborations. Eligibility:

Applicants must possess graduate qualifications in law and be admitted to practice in a relevant common law jurisdiction. Qualification as a Patent Attorney is required. Candidates should have strong experience in drafting and prosecuting patents, managing global portfolios, and handling IP transactions.
