Master’s degree in Law and admission to the Spanish Bar; additional legal or regulatory qualifications are an advantage. 4–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally at a law firm with exposure to financial regulation and company secretarial matters and/or as in‑house counsel in the financial sector. Pragmatic, solution–oriented mindset with strong analytical skills. Strong interest in exchange business and financial market infrastructure.



Business–fluent English (written and spoken); knowledge of German or Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory.
