As a Business Analyst in the LUMA Risk Management & Operations team within Change & Transformation, you will be part of a project organization working with a variety of projects related to our payment and financial services products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.



The idóneo candidate will have a strong track record of optimising processes and systems for productivity and stakeholder satisfaction, and be able to demonstrate exceptional process analysis and solution design skills and expertise.
Collect requirements from key stakeholders and identify business needs
Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop business solutions that align with requirements
Test and validate proposed solutions to ensure they meet defined performance objectives and user needs
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
~5+ years of business analyst experience in a payment / financial services environment
~ Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to delivery
~ Excellent in writing requirements specifications and user stories
