We are committed to providing high-quality, customized services that help our clients achieve their business goals.ResponsibilitiesAssist the project manager in planning, coordinating and tracking project activities, timelines and deliverables.Support internal processes: preparing documentation, reports and meeting notes,



and keeping project information up to date.Act as a liaison between Chinese clients, project managers and the local team, ensuring clear and timely communication.Help organise business trips, test schedules and logistics for project teams.Take part in automotive testing ( driver assistance systems, connectivity) and help prepare test reportsRequirementsPrevious experience in theautomotive industry .Previous experience inproject management, project coordination, or a similar role .FluentChinese and good English .ValidEuropean driver's license .Readiness for frequent business trips (approximately 10 months per year).Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work full-time on aB2B contract .Responsibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.We offerCoverage of business trip costs.A friendly working environment.Career growth opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
