Finance Manager – MadridSalary: up to €70,000 + bonus (depending on experience)As a Finance Manager, you will manage and control overall financial reporting and accounting operations, providing day‑to‑day support to the business and overseeing financial performance.
Responsibilities
Ensuring accurate and timely accounting and reporting in line with IFRS and company standardsPreparing and supervising budgets, forecasts, and management reporting, including KPI analysis and performance trackingDriving financial control, risk management, and compliance, including audits and governance processesSupporting cash flow optimization, working capital management, and investment monitoring (CAPEX)Partnering with stakeholders across the business and supervising local payroll activities and HR administrative supportQualifications
The Skills and Experience You Need: We are looking for someone who:Has at least 7 years of experience in finance, accounting,



or controlling within an international environmentDemonstrates strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS and local GAAP) and financial planning & analysis (FP&A;)Is comfortable working in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders across regionsHas strong analytical skills and is able to translate financial data into business insightsIs fluent in English (written and spoken), with strong communication and collaboration skillsNice to have: experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX and consolidation tools like OneStream.
