Newco Communications in Barcelona is seeking a friendly Telesales Agent to join our sales team. You will split your time between sales support and outbound telesales, building relationships with clients and driving solutions.
You’ll use CRM tools, thrive in a target-driven environment, and enjoy a hybrid work model after onboarding. The role offers a base salary of €1,600 gross per month plus up to €400 gross monthly bonus during the pilot phase, with uncapped commissions thereafter.
