The successful candidate will manage the global privacy framework, oversee data transfer impact assessments, and provide day‑to‑day privacy support for international clinical trial operations. The role involves working closely with Legal, IT, HR,



and Clinical Operations teams to embed a culture of data protection compliance.
Eligibility: Applicants must possess a degree in Law, Business, or a related field, with at least 6 years of hands‑on experience in privacy and data protection within a multinational regulated environment. Practical knowledge of APAC and EU/UK data protection laws is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or CRO sector is highly advantageous.
