Métrica España is looking for a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience, knowledge of Gen AI tools, and advanced English to collaborate with a leading multinational company in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.

Задачи:

You will be the link between the business and technology teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and transforming business needs into functional requirements for generative AI-based solutions. You will participate in defining and prioritizing use cases, preparing user stories and acceptance criteria, and validating the solutions developed. You will work in an international, multidisciplinary environment, facilitating meetings with stakeholders and supporting users as they adopt new tools.

Требования:

Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, connecting business needs with technology teams.



Knowledge of generative AI and language models (LLMs), their applications, and limitations. Advanced spoken and written English to work with international teams. Experience in stakeholder management and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
