- The proposed candidate must have at least 8–10 years of professional experience in UX, Product Design and/or UX/UI Design, as well as a proven track record at large-scale digital companies with high transaction volumes, preferably in eCommerce, marketplaces, retail or digital-first environments.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design.
- Relevant experience in B2C eCommerce.
- Figma, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity design.
- UX Research, user interviews and user testing.
- Knowledge of Analytics, CRO and A/B Testing applied to UX.
- Experience in responsive design, desktop and mobile web.
- Working with Design Systems.
- Ability to collaborate with Product, UI, Analytics, Engineering and Testing.
- English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
- Senior profile, self-sufficient and able to challenge and propose improvements.

Sephora or other companies with high exposure to end customers, where user experience design has a direct impact on conversion, engagement and business results
- Experience at large eCommerce companies, marketplaces or digital companies
- International / multi-market experience

- Experience mentoring designers or potential to progress to UX Lead

- Permanent contract.
- Gross annual salary depending on experience: €30,000–€40,000.
