We are looking for a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a key role not only in recruiting exceptional technical talent, but also in strengthening BizAway’s position within the tech talent ecosystem.

Задачи:

- End-to-End Tech Recruitment: Own full-lifecycle hiring across Engineering, Data, ML, Architecture, and Product, partnering with an internal Recruiter and external agencies.
- Strategic Leadership Partnering: Collaborate with the CTPO and Tech/Product leads to align hiring strategies with our technology roadmap and capability gaps.
- Proactive Market Mapping & Pipeline: Benchmark compensation, identify high-potential talent pools, and map target companies/communities before active vacancies arise.
- Employer Branding & Ecosystem Building: Position BizAway across Barcelona and European tech hubs by networking with community leaders, producing engaging content with Marketing, and attending or hosting meetups, fairs, and roundtables.
- Commercial & Creative Sourcing: Design innovative outreach strategies (LinkedIn, niche communities, referrals) to engage, convert, and close passive, hard-to-reach tech talent.
- Candidate Experience & Data Intelligence: Deliver a high-touch candidate journey while using market data to advise executive leadership on hiring feasibility and competitive dynamics.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the broader TA team to optimize sourcing practices, priorities, and hiring strategies.

Требования:





5+ years of technical recruitment experience in high-growth tech companies, SaaS, or scaleups. Proven track record sourcing and closing complex, senior roles (Software/Data Engineering, Data Science, ML, Architecture, Product). Technical fluency to credibly converse with senior engineers, architects, and product leads. Advanced headhunting skills utilizing Boolean search, direct outreach, talent mapping, and alternative channels. Strategic stakeholder management with the confidence to advise, influence, and challenge senior leadership (including the CTPO). Networking & community mindset: Proactive, autonomous networker comfortable representing the brand externally to build long-term talent communities. Commercial mindset: Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and candidate-closing abilities. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
