In our office in Valencia, Spain, we are looking for a proactive candidate as a FRENCH SPEAKING SALES ASSISTANT / BACK OFFICE to support the sales of our technical engineered products requiring detailed consulting.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

·Support the sales manager in the sales of our technical engineered products in the French market requiring detailed consulting
·Study customer requests and obtain additional information




·Prepare calculations and quotations for projects
·Request technical data and drawings
·Prepare project files
·Follow up on projects and requests by phone and email
OUR REQUIREMENTS
·Fluent in French and English, other languages advantageous
·Successfully completed vocational training preferably Wholesale and Trade with emphasis on exports is advantageous
·Previous professional experience in the French market
·Previous professional experience in international sales or export business is advantageous, preferably with a technical background
·Well organized with attention to details
·Good technical understanding
·Open minded and proactive, team player
·Customer and service oriented
·Good communication skills
