€1,300 gross paid over 14
- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket,airport pick up) Your Role As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels. Your Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat
* Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders,



and account-related requests
* Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions
* Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems
* Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
* Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality guidelines
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality What We Are Looking For
* C1/C2 level German
* English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication
* Previous experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, helpdesk, call center, or contact center is preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-oriented, professional, and solution-driven mindset
