They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster's positions are fully remote, and you can work from home. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will help run accurate, timely, and controlled accounts payable operations for external vendors.

You will coordinate closely with our invoice-processing BPO, resolve discrepancies, manage AP communications, complete reconciliations and close activities in NetSuite, and partner with Treasury, Accounting, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Beyond daily execution, you will help improve and automate the workflows that support Oyster's global financial operations.

Ensure AP work complies with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Perform regular AP account reconciliations and investigate exceptions thoroughly.

Partner with Treasury and Accounting to support timely, accurate payments.

Maintain accurate,



complete, and compliant vendor master data.

Contribute to cross-functional AP improvement and automation projects.

Maintain AP documentation and training materials.

At least three years of professional AP accounting experience, including financial processing and reconciliation.

Advanced ERP experience.

Advanced Google Sheets and Excel capability, plus proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

A track record of high-quality execution in high-growth, high-volume, globally distributed AP environments.

Formal accounting education or a related qualification.

Payroll-processing experience.

You have limited experience with high-volume, global AP operations.

A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.
