- Build and manage your own sales pipeline in Switzerland
- Prospect via calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach
- Run consultative sales conversations
- Own the full cycle: from first contact to closing
- Develop and grow long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize results

What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (strong juniors also considered)
- Proven track record of hitting targets
- Experience in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments
- Strong hunter mindset, proactive and resilient
- Languages: French (C2) English (C1) German (B2)
