This is a VP Marketing (no.1 Marketing position globally) and this is a senior leadership opportunity the leadership team is looking for a strategically bias Marketing leader with a background in B2B Ingredients. The role sits on the global leadership team and offers significant influence, visibility, and the opportunity to lead marketing during a critical phase of the business’s evolution. The Role

As Global VP Marketing, you will hold end-to-end accountability for marketing across a diverse portfolio of ingredient categories. You will play a central role in shaping the EMEA/US/General strategy, driving transformation, and delivering profitable growth with true ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the marketing and innovation agenda across 3 key ingredients categories, with clear accountability for growth and value creation
- Define portfolio and strategy, setting clear roles, positioning, and priorities to maximise commercial impact
- Lead the end-to-end strategy goals pipeline, from consumer insight through to launch
- Operate with a commercial mindset,



demonstrating strong P&L; understanding and disciplined investment decision-making
- Drive where to play / how to win strategy ensuring seamless cross-functional execution across Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Embed insight-led decision making, using data and analytics to optimise category performance and marketing ROI
- Play a key role in the growth agenda, modernising capability, ways of working, and operating models
- Influence at the top table, acting as a core member of the leadership team and senior interface with Group stakeholders
- Build and lead a high-performing team, developing commercial, xsgfvud innovative, and future-ready marketing capability

About You

You will be a senior marketing leader with a strong commercial track record and experience operating in B2B Ingredients with multiple category specialties – the ability to connect marketing with innovation and customers - a commercial marketing and innovation mindset, with clear P&L; ownership and leadership capability - experience leading categories and innovation pipelines through growth and transformation - strong influence at integral level, ExCo, and Group level - a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
