What's the Job?

As the Assistant Head of Outlets , you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the hotel's F&B; operations, with a primary focus on afternoon and evening shifts. Reporting directly to the Head of Outlets and Director of F&B;, you will ensure consistency across all outlets, coordinate operational priorities, and provide guidance and support to Outlet and Restaurant Managers.

From managing complex guest situations to supporting high-volume events, you will help drive operational excellence, team performance, and an outstanding guest experience.

Your Day-to-Day

- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all F&B; outlets, ensuring consistent service standards and operational excellence.
- Coordinate Outlet and Restaurant Managers, aligning priorities, staffing needs, and service delivery across outlets.
- Ensure effective communication between outlets, facilitating information sharing and smooth handovers between shifts.
- Support managers and supervisors in operational decision-making, team leadership, and complex situations.




- Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure effective service recovery.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Banquets, Front Office, Quality, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Support Banquets during evening services and high-volume events, ensuring the right operational coverage.
- Monitor operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and keep the Head of Outlets and Director of F&B; informed of key developments.

What We Need From You

- Previous leadership experience in F&B;, preferably within luxury hotels.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating restaurant or multi-outlet operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on approach, with a strong presence in the operation and a passion for guest experience.
- Ability to coordinate different teams and priorities while maintaining high service standards.
- Flexibility to work afternoon/evening shifts, weekends, and periods of high occupancy.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
