We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and commercially driven Club Manager to lead our nightlife operations at COYA Marbella.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate nightlife professional who thrives in a high-energy environment, understands the luxury entertainment scene and knows how to create unforgettable guest experiences while driving the commercial success of the venue.

Experience you will need

- Minimum 3–5 years' management experience within a premium nightclub, luxury beach club, high-end lounge or entertainment-led venue.
- Proven track record of successfully managing nightlife operations, driving revenue and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong understanding of VIP table service, reservations, premium beverage sales and guest experience.




- Established network within the nightlife industry and the ability to build strong relationships with VIP guests and regular clientele.
- Experience collaborating with entertainment teams, DJs and event organisers to deliver exceptional nightlife experiences.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L; management, cost control and maximising profitability.
- Inspirational leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, motivate, develop and lead a high-performing team.
- Ability to maintain an exceptional atmosphere, high service standards and smooth operations in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
- A genuine passion for music, nightlife, luxury hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
