We're partnered with a global, vaccine-focused pharmaceutical company on an exclusive search for a Commercial Operations & Projects Specialist to join their regional commercial team.
Reporting directly to the Regional Vaccines Director, you'll make sure regional commercial plans are delivered. You'll coordinate projects across countries and functions, keep stakeholders aligned, and help the team move from strategy to execution.
What you'll do
- Coordinate regional commercial initiatives and launches, tracking milestones, actions and dependencies across affiliates and functions
- Work with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance and Legal to keep projects aligned and on time
- Support the Regional Vaccines Director with governance meetings, presentations, status updates and follow-up on key decisions
- Monitor launch execution and flag operational issues early
- Coordinate external partners such as distributors, agencies and consultants,
including contract approvals and onboarding
- Bring together information from affiliates into clear reports and updates for leadership
What they're looking for
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in pharma, biotech or life sciences, ideally within or alongside a commercial team
- A strong organiser who follows up, keeps things moving and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders across countries
- Good understanding of how a pharma commercial organisation works (launches, market access, affiliates)
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel and project tracking skills
