About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager who is passionate about the creator economy to lead the engagement, growth, and retention of our community of streamers, agencies, and content creators in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with streamers and agencies within the live streaming industry.
- Collaborate closely with streamers and agencies to understand their needs, goals, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze streamer and agency performance, proactively addressing challenges and providing solutions to improve satisfaction, engagement, loyalty, and overall performance.
- Identify and proactively reach out to potential streamers and agencies, promote the company's services, and establish strategic partnerships to expand the customer base and drive business growth.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in digital community management, influencer/creator relations, or talent management.
- Strong knowledge of the live-streaming ecosystem, social media, and creator economy trends.
- Proven skills in negotiation, interpersonal communication, and independently managing projects.
- Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing environments.
- Advanced or fluent English (required for collaboration with integral teams).

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience at influencer agencies, media companies, or platforms focused on content creators.
- Hands-on experience organizing and producing in-person events and brand activations.
- Strong understanding of the LGBTQ+ community, culture, and digital ecosystem.
