About the Project

We are looking for a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual conversational AI project in Spanish. In this role,you'llfacilitaterecording sessions, provide real-time participant coaching, andmonitortechnical quality throughout, helping ensure recordings are natural, authentic, and meet project specifications.

What You'll Do

- Manage session facilitation, real-time coaching, and recording quality monitoring throughout each session
- Complete approximately 8 hours of calibration prior to production,observingsessions to align on facilitation style, recordingobjectives, and workflow
- Support recording sessions independently following calibration
- Monitor recordings in real time, resolving technical or conversational issues as they arise to minimize re-records

What We're Looking For

- Native-level fluency in Spanish (Spain)
- Experiencefacilitatingrecording sessions and coaching participants for natural, authentic delivery
- Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessions
- Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each

Commitment & Compensation

- Estimated time:Approximately 8hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
- Compensation:



$55.00 USD per hour
