Role Description This is a part-time, remote Coordinator of Volunteers role at GLOBOMATIK. The Coordinator of Volunteers oversees the planning, organization, and support of volunteer activities and programs.
Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding volunteers, scheduling assignments, and maintaining accurate volunteer records. The role also involves providing ongoing training and guidance, supporting volunteers during events or projects, and ensuring clear communication between volunteers and internal teams. The coordinator collaborates with community partners, promotes volunteer opportunities, and regularly evaluates volunteer engagement and program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Background in Community Outreach, partnership building, or public engagement.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including experience with scheduling and record-keeping tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in nonprofit, community-based, or volunteer-driven organizations is beneficial.
- Comfort with basic office software and virtual collaboration platforms.
