ABOUT THE ROLE
& TEAM: As a Technical Sales Specialist in the SITA Communications and Data Exchange team, you will support sales in identifying solutions and driving business growth. Air transport is the world’s most integral industry, and it’s built on global connectivity and powered by data. SITA’s Communications and Data Exchange portfolio securely connects airlines, airports, border agencies and passengers, all over the world and we process more industry data than any other provider.
You will be working with sales and business unit in the sales process,



providing technical sales support to identify the best solution meeting customer requirements. Reporting into the Messaging Business Solutions team, you will be a part of the Communications and Data Exchange Business Unit
- the division within SITA tasked with transforming how the air transport industry connects, communicates, and unlocks the value of its technical sales support for the Messaging portfolio and assist commercial/sales teams and product managers to grow the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical sales support, in collaboration with commercial sales, for existing and new customers.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills.
Interlock with commercial managers and salesAssist with the contribution to the design coordination and development solutions working with multiple parties both internally and externally.
