Data Lead - AI to design and deploy AI and data solutions for core business and operational initiatives. You will bridge modern data architecture with autonomous AI technologies to automate enterprise workflows and drive data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- AI & Agent Systems: Design and build autonomous AI agent workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Data Architecture: Oversee data pipelines, cloud platforms, and context-retrieval systems (RAG) to power AI applications.
- System Integration: Connect AI components with enterprise software platforms and APIs.
- Technical Leadership: Define engineering standards, evaluate model performance, and lead scalable system design.

Key Qualifications

- Technical leadership experience in Data Architecture, Software Engineering, and AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms (such as Snowflake).
- Direct experience or strong knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and LLM orchestration.
- Proficiency in Python, API design, and enterprise system integration.
- Background in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or complex operations is a plus.
