We are seeking a hands-on technical leader with genuine interest in building a distinctive international business, to complete the platform and take ownership of the technology, oversee security and infrastructure, and lead its next stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete, test and launch the existing technology platform.
- Oversee architecture, backend, infrastructure, security and integrations.
- Ensure reliability, scalability and technical continuity.
- Lead future technical development.
Idóneo Profile
Experienced full-stack engineer or CTO with architectural judgment,
security expertise and demonstrated execution capabilities.
The Offer
- 2–3% equity, depending on experience and commitment.
- 3-year vesting, 1-year cliff.
