In this role you oversee end-to-end transportation of goods, coordinating schedules, routes, and regulatory compliance to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery. You will partner with CMOs, carriers, and internal teams to support GDP-compliant distribution of materials and finished products. You drive process improvements in general logistics and support new routings, lanes, and product launches.

This position enables cross-functional collaboration and measurable impact on service levels and cost. You will operate in a global, regulated environment with a strong emphasis on GMP/GxP awareness.

- Prepare and optimize transport plans, including export documentation and GDP-related compliance




- Design and implement new routings, lanes, and product launches ensuring Bayer GxP compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes, automation, and sustainability initiatives

Responsabilidades

- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably xugodme in pharmaceutical or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of GMP/GxP, regulatory requirements in FMCG and pharmaceutical distribution
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 (SD and MM); WMS knowledge desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
- Dangerous Goods training and certification is a plus
- Fluent English; Spanish or German a plus
