What you'll do
- Help customers in Dutch and English by phone, email and chat
- Resolve booking questions, changes and issues quickly and accurately
- Deliver a friendly, high-quality customer experience
- Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed

What you need
- Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 00:00
- Ability to travel to Athens, Greece, for onboarding
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
