Urgent Hiring- Field Services Representative

Location: Madrid, Spain (this role is also available in- Belgium, Brussels/ Poland- Warsaw/ Germany-Frankfurt)

We are looking for an experienced Field Services Representative / Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support in a manufacturing/lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide desk-side, end-user and break-fix support
- Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
- Support laptops, handhelds, scanners, tablets, printers and PCs
- Provide Smart Hands & Feet support across IT teams
- Perform Rack & Stack activities for infrastructure devices
- Support network connectivity including LAN, Wi-Fi, Voice, Video and Printers
- Coordinate cable patching and vendor activities
- Support power shutdown/maintenance activities for network devices and servers
- Manage IT assets including collection, storage, labelling, imaging, allocation, recovery and disposal
- Install and configure hardware/software for end users
- Provide IT support for manufacturing, laboratory and distribution environments
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs on high-priority issues




- Provide physical access to vendors for IDF/MDF/MMR, server rooms and data centers
- Support IT equipment used in manufacturing/test environments

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2+ years of Desk-Side / Field Services Support experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS
- Working knowledge of MS Office and business applications
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong customer support and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, telecom, compute/storage and mobile devices
- Experience with laptops, scanners, printers, tablets and specialized IT equipment
- Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management
- Experience in manufacturing, lab or distribution center environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge/experience working in a Clean Room or Manufacturing environment is a plus
- Strong Microsoft skills, including server support
- Excellent coordination skills with multiple teams and OEMs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
