Key Responsiblities

- Provide technical support onsite ( windows 10 & 11and Hardware's) to our clients at their location.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for Desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
- Efficient onsite troubleshooting and technical support to resolve user issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and enhanced user productivity.
- Maintain video conference systems.
- IMACD : Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Supporting Power users in project rollouts and deployments
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- Key technician providing Power / Exec support
- Accurate and up-to-date records of the quantity, model, and condition of all IT devices (notebooks and mobiles) in use.
- Cisco, CCNA troubleshooting in Networking issues
