AI‑Ready Business & Process DesignPartner with Augmented Salesforce to ensure commercial processes are designed for AI‑enabled execution.

Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Transformation, Process Excellence, or Business Architecture.
Proven expertise in end‑to‑end commercial process design, including process simplification, standardization, and operating model transformation across global organizations.
Strong business architecture and operating model design capabilities, with experience defining business capabilities, governance models, decision rights, and organizational interactions.
Experience leading large‑scale commercial or CRM transformation programs, translating business strategy into future‑state capabilities, processes, and technology requirements.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align senior leaders and drive cross‑functional decisions across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Support.
Understanding of AI‑enabled business transformation, including process automation, AI‑assisted workflows, and designing AI‑ready business processes and operating models.
