Desired Skills & Qualifications:

· 10 years of experience in performance testing and engineering, with recent hands-on exposure to GenAI/LLM technologies.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solutioning skills.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.

· Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in large, complex environments.

· Certifications in performance testing/engineering and/or AI/ML are a plus.

Technical:

Performance Testing Expertise

· Hands-on experience with performance testing of applications (e.g., .NET, Java, SAP Web, SAP GUI, MQ).

· In-depth knowledge of monitoring (client-side, server-side, DB, network, load balancer).

· Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting using APM tools (Wily, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic, etc.).

· Ability to install, configure, and administer performance testing and monitoring tools.

· Experience with Unix/Linux commands (e.g., VMSTAT, NMON), SQL queries, and AWR analysis.

· Understanding of JVM, CLR, and server tuning/optimization.

· Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based performance engineering.

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tool integrations (JIRA, GIT, Jenkins, etc.).

· Ability to develop automated tools/scripts for log and report analysis.

GenAI Solutioning

· Ability to evaluate and select appropriate GenAI/LLM models, Agentic AI models, and copilots for PT/PE use cases.

· Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning,



and integrating LLMs into engineering workflows.

· Knowledge of hosting GenAI solutions (local vs. centralized), user access management, and scaling for enterprise use.

· Awareness of AI/ML best practices, data privacy, and security in GenAI solution deployments.

· Good knowledge of Python/Streamlit is an added advantage, especially for automation and scripting tasks.

· Experience in accessing and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs for automation and advanced analytics.

Training & Enablement:

· Ability to train internal teams and clients on GenAI solutions, DevOps practices, and performance engineering best practices.

· Experience in creating user guides, technical documentation, and conducting knowledge transfer sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assess current performance testing and engineering processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities using GenAI.

· Design, develop, and implement GenAI-powered solutions like AI Agents or simple use case solutioning to reduce manual effort, accelerate testing cycles, and improve accuracy.

· Architect scalable GenAI solutions for enterprise use, considering deployment models, user access, and integration with existing tools.

· Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and drive adoption.

· Continuously monitor, test, and refine GenAI solutions for optimal performance and business value.

· Document solution architectures, use cases, and user guides for client reference.

· Stay updated with latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and performance engineering tools.
